Work
Two builds, both live, and neither a paying client yet. One showcase we set ourselves, one preview for a real business. Each is labelled, and there are no figures until there are figures worth quoting.
Nobody briefed this one. A house at this level is bought for its light, and that is the one thing no property site will show you, so we built an instrument for reading light rather than a database you query. There is no search bar.
What we built
- One dial moves the photography, the floor plan and the readouts together
- Architectural floor plans, with the sun cast through each room’s real windows
- Real NOAA solar position for 21 December or 21 June, with a play-the-day mode
- A viewing booked at the hour you liked, and villas to rent with every fee in the total
- Photographs that grow out of the card you tap, in light or dark mode, on any phone
Kinnerton does not exist, and the site says so on every screen. It shows the work when no client is holding the brief, the only honest way to show your own ceiling.
