These terms cover your use of this website and the general basis on which Profyt (“we”, “us”) works. Anything specific to a project, meaning scope, price and timelines, is agreed separately in writing before we start.
“Profyt” is Profyt Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17473406. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.
What we do
We are a small studio that builds websites, automations and AI systems for businesses. The exact deliverables, price and timeline for any project are set out and agreed with you in writing before work begins.
Pricing
We do not publish prices on this site. Work is priced on what it is worth to your business rather than by the hour, so a figure quoted without understanding the business would be meaningless to both of us.
You get your actual price on the call, and it is confirmed in writing before any work starts. That covers the one-off build and, where you want one, the monthly plan that keeps it running.
Figures and the numbers tool
The numbers tool on this site, and any example figures shown alongside it, are illustrative only. They are calculated purely from the values you set with the sliders. They are not a forecast, a promise or a guarantee of results for your business. Outcomes depend on your market, your customers and your circumstances. We aim for strong returns and only take on work we believe will pay off, but we do not guarantee a specific financial result.
Our guarantee
Where we offer a satisfaction guarantee, it means we build the agreed work first and show it to you. If you are not happy with what we have built, the refund terms set out in your project agreement apply. The specifics are confirmed per project.
Payment
Fees, deposits and any recurring charges are agreed per project before work starts. Invoices are due as stated in your agreement. Monthly care plans can be cancelled at any time and are not refundable for the month already in progress.
Ownership
Once a project is fully paid, the deliverables are yours. We will only show your project as an example of our work with your permission. Third-party tools and services we connect remain subject to their own terms.
Liability
This website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
