What we collect
When you submit our contact form or email us, we collect the details you choose to share, typically your name, email address, business type and your message. We do not ask for sensitive information, and we do not use intrusive tracking.
Why we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, understand what you need, and discuss working together. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We use a small number of reputable service providers, for example form handling, email and website hosting, to operate our business, and they only process your data on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or object to our use of your data. To exercise any of these, just email us. You can also complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The numbers tool on the home page runs entirely in your browser and nothing you set with it is sent to us.
