Done for you, built to pay for itself

We build thesystemsthat pay for themselves.

We’re a small studio that builds websites, automations and AI systems, set up by hand around how your business actually works, and built to save you more than they cost.

  • Built before you pay
  • Live in about a week
  • Yours to keep, no lock-in

Where it goes

This is your week. The green is what you get back.

Every business we look at loses time the same way. Not to the hard work, but to the admin that repeats. Here’s roughly where it goes, and what we’d automate first.

  • The same admin, typed out again4h
  • Chasing people for money you have earned2h
  • Answering questions you have answered before2h

8 hours a week is about 49 working days a year. That’s the bit we go after first.

Your numbers

Put a number on it before you ever speak to us.

Drag the two sliders to match your business. This is what that repetitive half of the week is actually worth to you. No email, no gate, nothing sent to us.

What it costs to find out: nothing. We build the thing first and show it to you working on a call. If you don’t love it, you don’t pay for the build. That’s the whole arrangement.

What we build

Three levels. Most people start with one and add the next once it works.

01

Websites

A site that brings work in, not a business card.

Built around the one thing you want people to do, whether that’s book, order, enquire or buy. Fast on a phone, written in your words, and yours to keep, with no monthly lock-in on the build.

  • Booking or enquiry built in
  • Your photos, your prices
  • Live in about a week
02

Automations

The jobs that repeat, done without you.

Invoicing, follow-up, onboarding, reminders, reporting. We wire them into the tools you already use, so nothing changes about how you work except that the boring half stops needing you.

  • Runs on its own schedule
  • Plugs into your existing tools
  • You get told when it acts
03

AI systems

Trained on your business, not a generic chatbot.

A support assistant that answers routine questions from your own documents in your tone of voice, and hands anything unusual to a human with a draft already written. It works to clear rules about when it stops and asks you.

  • Answers from your docs
  • Escalates what it should not touch
  • You approve the rules
What we automate

If your business does it the same way every time, it can be automated.

These are the jobs we take off people most often. Yours might not be on the list, and that’s fine. The test is simply whether a human has to think about it each time.

01

Invoicing and getting paid

Invoices raised, sent, chased and filed on their own. You stop being the person who has to send an awkward reminder, and the money turns up sooner.

02

Enquiries and follow-up

Every enquiry gets an answer in about a minute, even at 11pm on a Sunday, before whoever they messaged second gets back to them.

03

Bookings and reminders

People book themselves in against your real availability, get a confirmation, then a nudge the day before so they actually turn up.

04

Onboarding a new customer

The welcome message, the details you need, the paperwork and the calendar invite all fire the moment someone says yes.

05

The same questions, answered

An assistant trained on your own documents handles the routine ones in your tone, and passes anything unusual to a human with a draft ready.

06

Knowing where you stand

A short, plain summary of what came in, what went out and what the automations handled, in your inbox rather than in a dashboard you never open.

Not sure which of these is costing you most? That’s exactly what the first call is for, and it costs you nothing to find out.

The difference

None of this is dramatic. It’s just the same week, minus the parts you resent.

You chase the invoice, twice

It chases itself until it’s paid

The enquiry sits until Monday

Answered in about a minute, on a Sunday

Bookings interrupt you mid-job

They book themselves against your diary

Onboarding is nine separate messages

One trigger, the whole welcome goes out

The same question, forty times a week

Answered from your own words, automatically

You find out how the month went in the month after

A plain summary lands every Monday

How it goes

A week, start to finish. You pay at the end, if you want it.

We use modern tooling to build in days what used to take an agency months. Everything is still checked by hand, and nothing is a template with your name dropped into it.

  1. Day 0

    A 20 minute call

You tell us where the week goes. We tell you what we would automate first and roughly what it’s worth. If we can’t see it paying for itself, we say so and that’s the end of it.

  2. Days 1 to 5

    We build it

You don’t project-manage us and there’s no invoice yet. We build the real thing with your words, your prices and your photos in it.

  3. Day 6

    You see it working

A second call, screen shared, the thing actually running. Changes get made there and then. This is the point where you decide, and if you don’t love it you don’t pay for the build.

  4. Day 7

    Live

It goes out into the world. After that the care plan covers hosting, the domain, edits whenever you want them, and someone to ring who already knows your setup.

    End of process

Built first

You see the real thing working before any money changes hands.

About a week

Most websites and single automations are live in seven days or so.

Within 48 hours

Every serious enquiry gets a reply from a person in that window.

A handful at a time

We cap how many clients we take so none of them get the leftovers.

Where we draw the line

Six things we will not do, even if you ask.

Anyone can promise to be great. It’s more useful to know what someone refuses to do, so here’s ours in writing.

We will not invent reviews for you

Not a single made-up testimonial or five-star rating you didn’t earn. Beyond it being obvious to customers, fake reviews have been straightforwardly illegal in the UK since the DMCC Act came in.

We will not put stock photos up as your work

If we haven’t got real photos of your place, your food or your jobs, we design around it honestly instead of passing someone else’s photo off as yours.

We will not hold your site hostage

The domain is in your name and the site is yours. Stop the monthly plan whenever you want and we hand everything over without making it difficult.

We will not take the job if the maths does not work

If we can’t see it earning back more than it costs you, we’ll say so on the call. Talking someone out of spending money is cheaper for us than a client who regrets it.

We will not sell you AI you do not need

Most businesses need a site that works and two automations, not a chatbot. We’ll tell you which you actually need.

We will not quote before we understand it

No price list emailed at you off the back of a one-line enquiry. Twenty minutes on a call first, so the number means something.

Questions

Straight answers, including the awkward one.

On the work page, with each build labelled for what it is: a showcase site and a client preview, both live to click through. Each one has a short write-up of what the business needed and what we built, and more go on as client sites go live. This site is a sample too: you’re looking at how we build.

It’s priced on what it’s worth to you, not on hours, so there’s no single number we can put on a page honestly. What we won’t do is quote you before we understand the business. On the call we work out what the thing is actually saving you, and only then does a price get mentioned, so you can see whether it stacks up. There’s a one-off build and a small monthly plan to keep it running, and you get both numbers in writing before anything starts.

Because a number with no context is useless to both of us. The same website is a bargain for one business and a waste of money for another, and we’d rather not have you rule us in or out on a figure that was never calculated for you. Twenty minutes on a call and you’ll have a real one.

A small UK studio. You deal directly with the person building your system, start to finish. No account manager relaying messages, nothing handed off overseas, and a deliberately small number of clients at a time so each one gets proper attention.

Then you don’t pay for the build. We build it first and show it to you working on a call. If it isn’t right, we either put it right there and then, or you walk away owing nothing. That’s the whole reason the order is build first and invoice second.

We aim for every build to return at least five times what you pay, and we only take on work we believe will get there. We won’t promise you an exact figure though, because anyone who does that before seeing your business is guessing. What we do instead is take the risk off you up front.

Most websites and single automations are live inside a week or so. Bigger AI systems take longer, but you see working pieces along the way rather than waiting in silence.

Almost certainly. If your business does anything the same way every time (invoicing, booking, quoting, onboarding, answering the same questions), there’s a good chance it can be automated. If it turns out we’re the wrong fit, we’ll tell you.

Yes. We build on standard, secure infrastructure, only connect the tools you specifically approve, and for larger projects we can host on your own systems. You keep the accounts and the ownership.

Get started

Twenty minutes, and you will know what it’s worth.

Three fields. We reply within 48 hours, and on the call we show you what we would build and what it would hand back. No pitch deck, and nothing to pay to find out.
